The customer project currently has 2 internationally advanced bread production lines and 4 cake production lines, with a production capacity of up to 300 tons per day. The main raw materials needed for this production base are 3 kinds of flour and 7 kinds of fluid raw materials, including extremely sensitive yeast solution and fresh egg liquid. The material automation processing system that Weijie is responsible for this time needs to undertake all matters of receiving, storing, screening, filtering, conveying and metering of 10 kinds of raw materials. The system can also control the temperature of related materials and conduct statistical analysis on the usage of each production and the overall usage.
In addition, the system can be divided into a powder raw material processing module and a fluid raw material processing module. The powder raw material processing module includes: 1 manual feeding station, 1 tank truck feeding station, 3 outdoor large storage cylinders, 2 transfer cylinders, 7 weighing hoppers and 3 online screening machines, 2 positive pressure powder delivery pipelines, and 2 negative pressure powder delivery pipelines. The fluid raw material processing module includes: 3 outdoor fluid storage cylinders, 18 indoor fluid mixing storage cylinders, and 10 fluid pipeline metering and delivery pipelines.
